All items from this product range are shipped directly by Hobart UK on behalf of Precision Hygiene Ltd. When processing your order, we will provide all relevant details to Hobart UK to facilitate delivery and the activation of your warranty.
Before your order is processed Precision Hygiene Ltd will contact you using the information provided to confirm the details of your order.
Once the details of your order have been confirmed it will then be processed with Hobart UK. It will be necessary for Hobart UK to contact you to confirm details for delivery. Please note that the dispatch of goods will be delayed until the required information has been provided.
Where no further details are required delivery of the item(s) ordered will be within 2-4 business days from the time your order is confirmed by Precision Hygiene Ltd.
An overnight carriage option is available in some instances, prices are available upon request. Please contact Precision Hygiene Ltd directly on 01626 833 120 should you require this service.
Some geographical exceptions apply and may incur additional shipping charges and or an altered lead time. In these instances, you will be made aware of any additional charges and be provided with an accurate lead time for delivery by Precision Hygiene Ltd before your order is processed.
Included in the purchase price is delivery using a standard 2-4 working day service to any UK mainland address. Additional charges will apply for any delivery outside UK mainland or any express, timed or overnight delivery.
Standard delivery will be attempted during the hours of 08.00 – 18.00, Monday – Friday. Hobart UK reserve the right to apply a redelivery charge to a previously agreed delivery should delivery be unsuccessful through no fault of their chosen carrier.
Hobart UK will endeavour to deliver on the date requested but this date is an estimate only and will not bind Hobart UK.
Equipment should be checked on delivery and signed for by an authorised appointed representative of the company.
Damage to external packing must be pointed out to the carrier at the time of delivery and Hobart UK notified within 1 working day in writing.
Any product faults/defects/damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery. In the event of non-delivery of product, the customer must notify to Hobart UK, in writing, within 5 working days of invoice date.
No responsibility will be accepted, even within the three-day period, if equipment is transported by others from the original delivered address.
In the event of any previously agreed delivery being refused or cancelled by the customer the re-stocking charge equivalent to 20% of the order value will be levied. In the event of refusal or cancellation of specially manufactured/bespoke product made on behalf of the customer the re-stocking charge will be 100% of the order value.
If a customer delays delivery beyond 30 days of the original requested date Hobart UK reserves the right to invoice the customer at the agreed price and store it at the customer’s expense and liability.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above conditions.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, where the equipment is to be shipped abroad, delivery will be made ex-works and all risk of loss, damage or destruction will pass to the customer at the ex-works point.
