The Hobart Legacy HL1400 sets the standard in heavy duty mixers and is the largest in the Hobart legacy mixer range. For easy user operation the  bowl pivots on the support arm giving the operator freedom to add and remove ingredients, install or remove the bowl if required. The mixer features Soft Start Agitation Technology which ensures a smooth transition into higher speeds and reduces the chances of product splash.

The pivoting bowl swings back in place with ease, where it is secured by a spring loaded bowl lock. At the push of a button, the bowl automatically rises taking the heavy lifting out of mixing. 

The Legacy mixer is also available in an 80 litre version (HL800), depending on capacity requirement.
